| 내용 | Non Automatic Weighing Instruments (NAWI’s), (weighing instruments that require the action of gravity to determine the mass and require the intervention of an operator during weighing), which are first placed on the EU market and put into use in EU member states must comply with the Non-Automatic Weighing Instrument Directive 90/384/EEC as amended by Directive 93/68/EEC. In the UK the Directive has been implemented through the Non-Automatic Weighing Instrument Regulations 2000 (SI 2000/323). Other member states have their own implementation legislation. |
