내용	These technical requirements are the Normative Annex to the Regulations for Voluntary Control Measures established by the VCCI Council (VCCI), regarding the disturbance limit, measuring method, and measuring facilities for disturbance that are necessary for a Member to conduct a compliance confirmation test of Information Technology Equipment (ITE) before ITE is manufactured, sold, or delivered.
